Description
Audits are conducted remotely, and evidence accessed via your systems or other agreed method. Includes entry and exit meeting with key RTO staff. We provide an audit notification 1 week prior to the desktop review requesting RTO documentation.
- 50% of training products on scope of registration selected for audit sample using a risk-based approach. If 2 or less training products on scope all will be selected.
- 5 trainer files reviewed for training products selected.
- 2 assessment tools reviewed for each training product selected
- Desktop review 3 days
- Lead Auditor
- Audit report with recommendations
- Rectification plan provided for non-compliances and opportunities for improvement
